How should I get there?

Las Vegas International Airport (LAS) is the primary airport and it is approximately 30 minutes to the Aston MonteLago Village Resort. The Aston MonteLago Village Resort does not operate shuttle services from the airport.

We will be arranging rides to the resort anytime Tuesday, March 17th and Friday, March 20th after the conference ends about noon. Please contact Toni Blackwell at toni.blackwell@vxsuite.com with your travel plans and we will work with you on a transportation solution. Hiring a cab to the hotel should cost @ $45-$55 USD.

We will start first thing Wednesday morning, so we have made hotel reservations for Tuesday evening. Feel free to come early and enjoy the pool or other amenities the resort has to offer on Tuesday. Hotel check-in is at 3:00 PM, but you are welcome to use the facilities and store your luggage until a room is available.

We will be picking up travelers at the airport on Tuesday, so be sure to send up your flight information so we can put you on our schedule.
